Melissa Freeman
ASLA Nurse
Melissa was born and raised within
the Asylum walls by her beloved nurses after her mother, a patient
at the time, died during childbirth. Showing no signs of mental abnormalities,
Melissa was given free reign throughout the Asylum and received training
to help aid in the care of the patients. As she grew older, her mental
stability came into question, as she began to talk about new friends
that were visiting while she helped patients. She described these
friends as the “dark-eyed children”. Often, when her friends
came to visit, an ASLA patient would mysteriously pass away.
At this point, it becomes unclear as to whether Melissa is patient
or staff.
NOTE FROM M. AMBROSI
"Much progress has been made with the patient.
Although the cause of her condition is unclear at this time, the patient
has shown signs of spontaneous remission. If the patient continues
on this path, she will no longer need the assistance of ASLA."
M. Ambrosi PhD
P.S.: She has even stopped pretending to be part of the staff here
at ASLA!
