Charlie LeChamp
ASLA Patient
Charlie’s father left the
moment he discovered his mother was pregnant. She was killed in a
car crash when Charlie was seven. Charlie was in the car and suffered
severe injuries. With both parents gone, he was sent to the only family
left, his grandparents. School was difficult for Charlie as all the
other children torments him about his scars. At age seventeen, when
his grandfather died, Charlie went off the “deep end”,
murdering his grandmother and two students at school before being
caught. Sent to juvenile hall, he did things to himself even the guards
couldn’t bear to witness. Seemingly wanting to punish or kill
himself, Charlie practiced an extreme form of self-mutilation. He
extended this behavior to other inmates, showing no sense of emotion
or sympathy.
With no alternatives left, Charlie was sent to ASLA. Since then, things
have steadily gotten worse. All treatments only appear to only exacerbate
violent symptoms. Charlie will be isolated in maximum security ward
for the safety of staff and other patients.
